We offer standard shipping for all orders made in The Alternative Online Store. Orders are shipped on business days and during store hours. For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 1 - 5 working days after order verification.
Our Guarantee
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
